The shin ramyun was tasty as always. But the other noodles stood out prepared summer style. The spicy flavor went so well with Korean barbecue beef, shitake, jalapeño, carrot, and soft boiled quail egg.

Bowl #29: KUNG-FU chicken flavor with enoki and poached egg
Nice taste if a bit “artificial”. Improved greatly by the egg’s richness. Noodles were a bit thin but had good mouth-feel.
